This document represents the Terms and Conditions of Use of Spazio website.

It is a mutually binding agreement signed between the customer and „Spazio“ Ltd (ID 405695387)

These Terms and Conditions of Use, any modifications made to it and other regulations of Spazio, represent a single document and should be considered as a whole agreement signed between Spazio and the user. By registering on the website, the user acknowledges to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return and Exchange Policy.

If the user does not agree with the content of Spazio’s legal documents, he/she may not use the website.

Definition Of Terms

The terms used in this document are defined as follow:

• Spazio (hereinafter "we", "our", "website") – „Spazio“ Ltd established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, identification code 405695387, registered address: Tbilisi, Tskneti Highway 41)
• User - a legal entity or a natural person who has reached the age of 18 (capable) who wants to purchase products posted on Spazio.
• User consent - user’s expressed consent to read and understand this document and process his/her personal data.
• Direct marketing - offering goods and services through mail, phone calls, e-mail or any other means of telecommunication.
• Registration - creating a personal account
• Account - personal page registered by the user on Spazio website.  
• Georgian Post Ltd - a courier company that delivers products purchased on Spazio website to customers.

By creating an account on the website, the user can purchase products posted on Spazio.

Each order placed by the user represents a separate purchase agreement, the parties of which are the authorized user of the website and "Spazio“ Ltd When placing an order, the subject of the purchase, its cost and address of delivery are generated.

Registration

To place an order and purchase products on Spazio, user needs to register on the website. For registration it is necessary to fill out the form indicating the following data:

• Name
• Address
• E-mail
• Login password

The user can register on the website either when purchasing product or before that.

Before purchasing an item, user needs to sign in to the system by selecting “log in” from the website main menu.

User also can purchase products without registering on “Spazio” website.

The user acknowledges and warrants that:

• Indicated information is complete and accurate;
• He/she is an individual with legal capacity who has reached the age of 18;
• He/she does not use another person's identifiable information for registration on the Spazio website;
• He/she does not create a username that may harass, abuse or harm another person;
• He/she does not use the website to distribute false information;
• He/she does not attempt to use the website to impersonate other person, company or representative of the company;
• He/she does not violate the rights of another person by acting against the law;
• He/she does not use any device or software to obtain data from the Spazio website and/or hinder normal functioning of the site;
• He/she protects copyright and related rights and without owner’s prior express written permission does not make use of Spazio’s information such as logo, pictogram, picture, graphic, image, patent, trademark, design and other intellectual property;
• He/she does not use another user's account;
• He/she does not attempt to gain access to another person’s user credentials;
• He/she does not take any action that can put at risk normal functioning and operation of the site;
• He/she does not perform any action prohibited by applicable law, is against these Terms and Conditions and Spazio’s Privacy Policy.

 

Order Placement And Product Purchasing

After selecting the desired product and adding it to online shopping cart, new users will be requested to fill out the following information: e-mail, name, mobile number and address where product should to be delivered.

The user will be redirected to the payment page. To ensure smooth delivery of the purchased product, the user has to verify the address and contact information indicated by him/her, before making the payment. In case of providing incorrect/incomplete address and/or contact information, the customer bears responsible for delayed delivery.

The user will be able to check information about the purchased product on his/her account.

“Spazio” reserves the right to refuse to process order or cancel it in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transaction.

After making a payment the right of product ownership is transferred to the customer.

Return and Exchange Policy of purchased product is available on the website.
